With 10 all-suite rooms and 1 top-floor studio apartment, this boutique inn was expertly designed to host up to 30 overnight guests and weddings and events of up to 125 guests.

The Layout:
First Floor
Parlor- Moody living area with purple walls and conversational seating. This room has a full bath with a stand-up shower available for all guests to use. There is also a separate ADA-compliant half bath located inside of the parlor.
Dining Room- Four separate 4-seat dining tables are great for card games, cocktails or meals.
Original 110" high functional wood pocket doors separate the dining area from another living space, featuring 2 champagne velvet sofas, an additional 4-seat dining table for games or eating, and another half bath.

The space
Located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, we are centrally located with easy access in every direction for your choice of adventure. Head out your door to fun activities within 5 mins -20 mins. The 151 corridor is the most popular route that guests travel to visit favorites in the county.
Located on the upper portion of the property, Suite 1 is an end suite with wooded views. This suite offers a separate private bedroom with a queen bed in addition to a living space featuring a SLEEPER sofa with a 5" memory foam mattress. Expansive windows are featured in every room of the Queen suite that provide natural lighting from the natural outdoors. Sleep in luxury on our Dream Cloud mattress and snuggle with 4 full size pillows. Your private deck/patio with lounge seating.

Additionally, all guests have access to the common lounge in the main building at the bottom near the entrance. Please fill up your favorite drinking container with our build in filtered cold water wall dispenser.
Piedmont Grove is a "no-smoking-of-any-kind" property, both in and outdoors. Violation of this policy results in a fine.
