- "The conditions were perfect" - "Inside parking was a plus" - "The studio unit was quite spacious. The fireplace added a great touch. - "The setting is most charming with incredible mountain scenery. The complex is compact allowing a short walk to any of the amenities. The staff at the restaurants are very friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back and will recommend to family and friends. " - "My husband and son enjoyed the location and found the room very comfortable. There was a variety of food choices within walking distance. The ski experience was great b/c there were lockers on site and the lift really was close by. The only issue they experienced was with Streaming TV. It would not stay on (it kept turning off) and it would not enable streaming. They researched ways to fix the issues but were unsuccessful. They shared this experience with the property manager. "

- "Overall, a very nice room and property. We had a couple problems with electronic key access (to our room and to the front door). While inconvenient, staff always addressed the problems quickly. Make sure you read the check-in instructions and look over maps so you know where to check, etc. Overall, very nice...we will be back and stay in the Highland House." - "One of the best mountain/ slopes views, right in the Snowshoe village, steps from everywhere, even the shuttle. - "Condo and the property was very outdated. Beds were uncomfortable. There is a great coffee shop and restaurant/bar at the property so that was nice, but it closed early. The location was ideal for skiing - so for that reason only I would stay here again. " - "I liked that it had a fully stocked kitchen but I wish there would have been shampoo and conditioner in the shower" - "The suite was very nice, comfortable, well furnished and supplied with everything we would need for our stay. The check-in, however, was problematic. We found the lodge but no one was there to help us check in. A passerby told us we had to go to another place to check in, but finding out where and finally checking in took another hour of our time. If we had known this, we could have stopped at the check-in place on the way up the mountain to the lodge. "

- "We stayed at Seneca for a long weekend in March. The hotel location was very convenient to both the slopes and ski rentals. The room was clean and well equipped. However, the kitchen only had a mini fridge and no freezer options. The room was also very loud, as you could hear the people above and next door through the day and night. Due to the close proximity to the village you can also hear people outside coming in from dinner and the bars. Overall, the room was clean and convient but did not live up to everything we had hoped for. "
