Check-in was convenient for us who arrived after reception had closed, we contacted the hotel and they put the key in a lockbox that we could choose our own code. They did have incorrect instructions on the hotels.com description of the hotel. We read that guests are required to present a Covid test which made us nervous, which was of course not up to date. We also asked for breakfast which was presented as one price on hotels.com but was also out of date. It was just a moderate drive outside Hamburg so for someone traveling to Hamburg with car it was a good choice, also free parking at hotel parking lot or on the streets in front of hotel. So overall a good place to stay if you’re looking for something on the cheaper side and can be ok with not staying in the city center and you have a car. "
