Hotelier would not take any of this information insisting room had never been paid for or they had not received money. Recommend removing this hotel from all lists as they are completely uneducated in the hospitality industry! Business trip. Checked into real hotel three hours away and canceled plans in that destination. I never stayed at this hotel and booked a separate hotel at a different city. Please refund my money and take Hotel off your list. This is bad news location and should not be recommended for anybody!"
