But that is not what I want to share. We were in town for a funeral. It was a very sad time for us; plus, we had been traveling all day. When I got to the front desk, Jason, the person at the front desk, informed us that the reservation was made for the week after. I was floored. Long story short, Jason worked with our agent to try and help us fix the date so that we could attend the funeral without disruption. It meant the world to us. A hotel with a heart. Thank you Jason!
