Some of the stairs up to the front entrance were uneven, chipped off and rotting. Dangerous for older persons like grandma. There is a smell of mold that should be addressed. The smell subtle at times but annoying when trying to sleep. Housekeeping office was available to deliver a broom needed in the rental. A roach or two showed up in the bedrooms. "
