- "We took a trip for 4th of July! The place is super cute, two bedrooms upstairs, each had their own bathroom. There was a full kitchen and then downstairs is a little “guest house”. It was great for us, it smelled nice but the bedding was dirty, and there were cockroaches in the bathrooms. Large, modern home in a safe neighborhood. Great location for TWU, UNT, Northwest Lineman Center, and FEMA. Private room with convenient parking in the back of the house. The common areas are kitchen, living room, and dining room with all newly updated features. Close to 35W, I-35, many restaurants and stores, as well as Downtown Denton is just minutes away.

The space
The space comes with a full-size bed, closet space, and smart tv. Included within the home is a full kitchen, wash/dryer, dining table, refrigerator and high-speed wifi. Safety features such as a smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Relax in our home and have confidence in us as your host to be as attentive as possible to make your stay enjoyable.

Please note this space has a shared bathroom with one other room. We make sure to keep the bathroom as clean and tidy as possible! Your bedroom comes with a key, so you can lock for when away from the property and even when you're there.

This inviting + family-oriented home is just minutes away from Hospitals, Lone Star College Montgomery, and The Woodlands mall. Your private, furnished bedroom is accompanied by a shared full bathroom. High-speed internet, washer, and dryer are at your disposal. My dad is the owner + will be in the house (as well as a roommate) w/ occasional grandkids around! To maintain the house + the peaceful environment, we kindly request no smoking indoors or additional pets (we have a small, sweet dog)

Single house private room with full bath in Allen. The location is convenient. It is 2 minutes' drive from Walmart, 7 minutes' drive from Highway 75, and 15 minutes' drive from 99 Ranch Market, Jusgo Supermarket, Costco, and other supermarkets. 10 minutes' drive from Allen/Fairview town center at where Outlets and Macy's are located.

The house is shared by the host and 2 other guest rooms. The host cleans the rooms thoroughly. Quiet and beautiful surroundings.
