As the property is new, we got new cutlery and cups and kitchen appliances too. I loved hanging out at the kitchen/dining area as there was just so much fun and banter with the guests and the hosts too! Herold even matched me to another guest so we could travel down to the Space Center via Uber together and save money. This center is well worth the trip! OVERALL A HIDDEN GEM I will be back. Our place has 17 private bedrooms. Each bedroom is secured and has its own mini fridge and TV. Please bring your own streaming service or you may use one of our loaner accounts. There are no bathrooms in the rooms, instead we have five bathrooms with showers that are shared by the guests. They each have their own lockable door for privacy. We have large common areas and a kitchen that is also shared by all of the guests with cameras in place for the safety and security of all of our guests. As well as a very nice front and back porch area for BBQs and other fun outdoor activities.

Off of highway 80, with easy five minute access to downtown Wills Point. Our place is rural and quiet with two acres, with open land on one side and a set-back neighbor on the other.

We have a vending machine on site as well as access to a pay washer & dryer. We are less than five minutes to local restaurants, grocery store, and laundromat.

We have large common areas and a kitchen that is also shared by all of the guests with cameras in place for the safety and security of all of our guests. As well as a very nice front and back porch area for BBQs and other fun outdoor activities.

If you love coffee, make sure you bring extra coffee cubs for Keurig coffee maker.
Water is potable but you might like to bring your own.
The swimming pool is available to everyone unless it is being utilized for a private event, you may call to ask in advance. Signage will be posted.
We ask for minimal noise after 10 PM to be considerate of other guests. If your visit may include a celebration/party that involves music or other loud noise, please discuss the potential of renting our event barn for your visit. The event barn is located a sufficient distance from lodging.
No smoking inside rooms or interior public spaces. Smoking within our buildings will incur a $250.00 service fee.
Personal vehicles are not permitted beyond the parking lot.
Pets are allowed with $75.00 pet fee per dog , and they are required to be leashed when they are outside.
If you are interested in any of our activities, please let us know prior to or upon arrival. Most activities require a minimum advanced registration. Some activities are offered complimentary; others require a nominal fee. Be sure to ask the front office staff.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please check your unit thoroughly prior to your departure for any personal belongings. Lost and found items will be held in the office for 30 days.

Upon arrival, please proceed to the metal gate. The office will be on your right side as soon as you enter the property.
The closest towns to us are Waco and Marlin Tx (about 20-25 min drive).

After you get of the highway you will take a gravel road for about 10 min.

We love hosting pets! We happily welcome up to two dogs at our home with an added pet fee of $75/pet. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message!

Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.
