The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was ideal considering that it was half way between the garden district and french quarter with easy streetcar access. Catered more so towards younger travellers, the hostel put on social activities every night (keg parties, trips to music venues, bar crawls on Bourbon Street etc), encouraging a really social experience. The beds were fine, and although the dorms were loud at times during the night such should be expected in a NOLA hostel. I don't really have any complaints, and if I was passing through the city again I wouldn't hesitate in booking the Auberge again; in fact, I hope to do so someday. This hostel was great, and I'd definitely recommend it."
