We had a couple of issues (wifi information, dirty dishes left behind from previous stays, etc) so I messaged the property manager a few different times, and one time was rather late in the evening and she was so quick to respond!!! We felt incredibly safe there as well, which speaks volumes for Dallas! Absolutely no fault of the property, but there is a bar right next door that stayed packed and was pretty loud well into the early hours of the morning, so if noise is an issue- this likely would bother you. We didn’t mind it at all! Additional note: There were no spare blankets, so if you split the place with someone and plan to sleep on the couch, I would bring some! Your unit is located on W Bell, in the heart of Montrose, a vibrant neighborhood in the middle of Houston and 2 blocks away from West Gray street where you can find plenty of bars, cafes, fine dining venues and shops.

This is one of the wealthiest and attractive areas in Houston. Centrally located, it is about 30 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the medical center, 5 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from The Galleria.

The unit:
The street in which the property is located is very quiet and private. Once you walk through the main gate and the front yard you reach the main house door. Once inside, Cagliari is the door on the right - please look for the Cagliari sign above the door.

Early check-in is offered upon availability, however, cannot be confirmed until the day of arrival, pending completion of the cleaning activities.

You will have the whole unit available for you and your party - 1 large bedroom with a queen mattress and a spacious living room with a sofa bed. Overall the unit can easily accommodate at least 3 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table, a full range cooktop and hood, oven, microwave and dishwasher. You can also enjoy an Italian coffee on us with our Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary coffee pods!

There is 1 full bathroom with a newly remodeled large walk in shower. Towels, shower gel, shampoo, shower mat, hairdryer are provided.

The private laundry room is inside the unit and it includes washer, dryer, and cleaning supplies (including a vacuum). Iron with iron board are also provided and are in the bedroom closet.

An extra set of bedding sheets and duvet/cover are provided to be used with the sofa bed - you can find them on the shelves inside the bedroom closet.

There is plenty of street parking along the street and in the neighborhood.

Guest access
You'll have the whole unit to yourself. When you enter from the main gate you have access to the front yard. There is a back door through which you can access a small back patio.

We are on a no-pet policy unless explicitly authorized by the hosts. A 250$ fee will be charged if a non authorized pets are verified to have been on the property during guest's stay.
