- "I booked for an Executive Suite. Queen Bed. My room is far from being an Executive suite. Bed is Double size 54x60. Water from faucet and shower is the worst. its color yellow. TV has 2 channels only. The room is a bit spacious. The interiors were a bit worn off and the heater doesnt work properly. Its also not stated in the description that our shower area is a bathtub. And for my aunt’s room, their toilet is located at the hallway beside their room, means you had to walk out the room just to use the toilet/shower. a small note on the comfort room says “for room21 USE ONLY”. which is another NO NO. i hope they do improvements on all these."

- "Pet friendly" - "Everything else about Bernese was great, esp that they are pet-friendly. The restaurant good was great (some items excellent actually). Staff was very nice and accomodating. What I didn’t like about it was the fact that the faucet barely had water and the bathroom fixtures were quite poor. Also, and this is just a small matter that should not detract from our overall impression, there’s just too much plastic plants and flowers all around. Other than that, we recommend Bernese and will definitely be back!"
