My boyfriend notified the front desk, which did nothing because he did nothing about it and ignored the complaint so we were unable to shower which was the main reason we got the room. He also tried to hustle extra money from me for a pet deposit which their website lists as an additional $11, but he wanted $20 and an extra $20 for a key deposit which no one else i talked to who was staying there had to pay nor did their website mention any additional charge for a key deposit. This was a very unpleasant stay, due to the horrible management and the fact that a main amenity a working shower was misleading, false and was ignored by the management and not fixed as it should have been. I actually would like to file a complaint and see about being refunded ."
