The mall the hotel is located in kinda smells because of the wet market and doesnt have much going for it except maybe a Big-C minimart and the Amazon Cafe. Dont recommend hanging around inside; the pickup point is next to the lobby and is convenient for Grab. Room service staff mostly know basic English. Place tends to see Chinese tour groups coming and going. Given all the points above it makes sense. Overall a decent enough and value-for-money place to stay if you are mostly using it as a place to rest during your trip to BKK."
