First day there, I arrived at around 11pm and was shocked to see the office (Check in counter) was already closed. Was told by the security guard to leave 500baht with him just so I can get my room keycard. Was further shocked when I was told that no receipt whatsoever would be given, hence had no choice as was already tired from the flight. On the day of check out, I already informed them that I had to check out latest by 9am and was told by the counter girl that it is not an issue. But on the day of check out, at 9am sharp the office wasn't opened and when my partner called the number given, she said she will be 15mins late. Really unprofessional. "

- "They don’t speak English and nothing around that area" - "The room is super clean. The reception, security guards are very nice, location is good, very convenient for public transportation and the hotel is located on the main road. It is very convenient to find food. However, for the standard room, there is no chairs available. On the 2nd night, the air condition is not working and my dad asked the staff to help. The staff said she is not working for maintenance and cannot help and let my dad stay in room without A/C. She should offer to change the room or should have the solution. This is considered the worst service as I’ve ever got."
