With all the hotels in central Bangkok fully booked for New Year's, this one was available due to its location—but it turned out to be a real find. The room was spacious, airy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The hotel’s Forest Café is a hidden treasure. It feels like dining in the heart of a forest, complete with koi fish ponds and waterfalls. It’s usually filled with locals, which speaks to how popular it is. My son caught a bad flu during our stay, and I had to take him to a nearby hospital. I was really impressed with the hospital—it’s a new multi-story facility where foreigners get high-quality care at an incredibly affordable price. As for the hotel, it was a pleasant surprise. It was far better than the hotel I had stayed at in central Bangkok, yet the price was half of what I paid before. The staff—Fern, Jan, and Pang—were amazing. I needed a lot of help due to my son’s sudden illness, and they went above and beyond. They arranged transportation, ordered essential items, and even coordinated medicine delivery from the pharmacy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok, especially those seeking medical treatment. Facilities are old, an actual key is used for room access, haha, no bedside lighting, no bedside switches, no cable tv, wifi drops very often. Cant stream at all. I was quite happy with it given i was there for an exhibition at IMPACT. Its a good choice if you are out of options for a visit to IMPACT, if you cant get transport back, walking is an option, 30 mins walk. Just go back to rest and get ready for the next day. Just remember to grab dinner before heading back."

The place is not a hotel so don't expect much of this place. This is more of a condo type room and you will be living with the locals. It was huge with good AC, bath, TV, ref and sofa inside the room. If you're planning to attend a concert or an event in Impact or SCG stadium, and not looking for a high end hotel, I would highly recommend this place. You get what you pay for- again, this is not a high end hotel. - "Its very bad experience to us. Its very cheap hotel... actually its no hotel too, this is some dirty hostel and i guess one lady holds the account for this. dirty room, no internet, no shower. Due to our flight got late we reached there late and found that the given phone is not answering. And you cannot enter the building because of card access. Finally we got some local who unfortunately know that lady and he called on her personal contact. HUGE dis appointment... its a fake hotel and complete money loss.. Hotel.com should not allow these kind of stuff at all or atleast they should confirm before they allow to display add for such hotels/hostel/lodge."
