- "Started off as a bit of a nightmare as the room we booked was for 3 adults however the room we got was like a baked bean can without having the extra bed in it as yet. The manager handled the situation very well and put us in a room with a lot more space and the ability to use the desk at comfort for work stuff (kudos to the manager). All in all the room was super clean and comfortable just like the rest of the hotel. Food was brilliant through the day and night and the Blue Sky Bar was super cool. The location of the hotel was superb being above a mall and next to the Skytrain making getting around and necessary amenities simple and fun. Thanks for giving us a memorable Christmas time in Bangkok!"

To get to places is about a 20-30mins taxi ride, but very easy most days to get taxi right outside of hotel. The staff will also help arrange rides for you if you ask. Dining area is nice, spacious and clean. Plenty of food options to chose from on the breakfast buffet. Would be better if food was warmer. There is a 24 hour laundromat 3 doors down from hotel makes doing laundry very convenient. Parking and drive a very narrow big van is ok but not bus. The rooftop pool area is nice. There are 3 lounge chairs and 2 regular chairs. There is also covered seating area. Chatuchak market is about 12 mins away and there is an Indy Market about 15 mins away. Overall it’s a great short term stay and would recommend. "

Just a note to the reception staff, while working in the coworking space we noticed a few times staff were very sick and coughing a lot with no masks on. It prob best to leave the area to have continuous coughing fits with covid and flu etc. Another note for guests is to keep in mind this is a popular "instagram/tiktok hotel so you do unfortunately experience a lot of people just taking hundreds of photos of themselves in the environment, but it is 2024 ...... The room is nice and clean but small, and the bathroom doors seem a bit redundant as they are just one glass roller door that doesnt close fully. The music from the cafe can be heard from your room and one night there was an influencer event which was pretty loud, and the attendees enjoyed the free alcohol, got pretty rowdy all hours of the morning! The gym is nice, big and clean. The pool is very long and refreshing but again popular for insta pics (and not swimming in hahahahha) But overall we did enjoy our time its in a great location walking distance to everything and we will be stating again this year."

Cons: stained dated carpet/paint in rooms, no wash cloths or hand towels in room, you will need transport to go anywhere, as there is not much in immediate vicinity. Also at ground level on river side of hotel outdoors, there are restaurant and craft beer bar (Chit Hole, quite good). In the evening the music from the outdoor venue can be quite loud. Overall grade = A- would definitely book again"
