Nearby in either direction out of the hotel are wineries where you can do some wine tastings. Also, right out from the front of the hotel across the street is a park and the river which has a path where you can bike, walk or run. The staff where very friendly and helpful and assisted us with directions, information and making reservations at restaurants. We stayed in a superior room which had plenty of space and a reasonable sized bathroom. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay their again the next time I am in Tours."
