There were no staff present at all (at 5 pm on a Sunday). There is an automatic check-in facility but this didn't work so a very kind gent called their helpline who gave me a check-in code that worked (at the 3rd attempt). The same thing happened to someone else with the added bonus that the automatic check-in wouldn't accept their valid (so the guest said) debit card. Once you get in, the hotel and facilities are fine. It's located a little way outside St. Poelten which is a nice place with plenty to look at. All said, I suspect I won't be coming back."
