Will come again " - "The hotel is a few km from Santillana del Mar (certainly not within walking distance) so you would need to drive there and, if going for dinner, someone would have to avoid drinking alcohol. Having said that dinner in the hotel was included in the price and was very good - not haute cuisine by any means - but very pleasant. The hotel is a little bit dated and our air conditioner didn't work. Our room was right on the main road so opening the windows wasn't an option due to traffic noise. Consequently we spent a bit of a stuffy night. Staff were very courteous and friendly. The hotel had a good selection of brandy for me to have with my after dinner coffee. Overall, the hotel was good value for money."
