What I really enjoyed were rabbits living on the property, cleaning stuff did their job excellent, breakfast food was always tasty even tho I got a bit tired of eating same for a week. Hotel stuff was always polite and sorted out a situation I had very quickly. What I don’t like was the location, unless you planning to stay in the hotel you need taxi all the time, everything is far. Also I don’t recommend visiting Dubai in June bc it is already very very hot and water also hot even in early mornings. And one last thing is doors to the beach open at 5.25am and you can only swim until sunset which was 7.10pm. Lifeguard whistle you out of the water which I never heard of or read before. "

- "Staff are great location near everything. Will definitely book again" - "The housekeeping staff mistakenly threw away my envelope enclosed with 1400 USD equivalent cash. At first I thought the staff stole it as I went out for business during the day and left the envelope on the lamp table. the Assistant manager fervently denied this allegation instead of doing more to help me, so after the altercation I decided to seek official help. I wanted 3 hours at the Police Station in Sharjah and finally they police came to my rescue. A big thank you to the Police force of Sharjah, because without them I probably would not have recovered my money. After immense pressure from the Police of Sharjah, the HR manager ( the Acting Manager) came and finally discovered my envelope enclose with money was 'accidentally' thrown away by the housekeeping staff. Now, I have talked to many people about this, but I will assume it was in good faith that the Hotel was able to recover my money instead of first colluding to steal it and finally with intense police pressure cave in to returning the money to me. At any rate, I thank both the hotel and the Police Station of Sharjah to help me recover this money, and for a pleasant stay here at this hotel"

The hotel staff is very nice. The restaurant inside the hotel has awesome food (but try to buy it with room as package because it can be a little pricy alone.) The only thing you should pay attention is this hotel is not located in Dubai. It’s in Sharjah (one of the 7 Emirates), which is a different city.( 25 min from Dubai by car) If you don’t have a tour vehicle to pick you up, you will be using hotel taxi to get around Dubai.
