My child started to have nosebleed while we were there and so because he was unwell and couldn't make it to our paid breakfast, they sent our breakfast up instead and followed up later in the day to make sure he was okay and to see if we needed a doctor or anything. Easy-going and conversationalists as well so the lift rides werent awkward if you get on and a member of staff happens to be on the lift.
