- "Stayed with my wife for 5 days near end of Ramadan. Was shown the room before checking in. Room was in excellent condition for a couple with sofa n table as well as a dressing table. Basic fridge, kettle etc provided. Bathroom was in good working order. Landline phone was connected in the room with clear instructions. Lifts were in good working order. The hotel also provides a cafe service and very quick on the day laundry service! The best thing was the staff at reception were respectful and could communicate in full English. One of the staff (Sameer) even dropped me off at the Train station when I was struggling with getting a Taxi. The only thing is the long walk to Haram due to the barriers for construction works taking place which is not in control of the hotel staff. "
