The bars were plenty! The rooms were really nice, although we stayed in a recently refurbished room which was nicely decorated and kept really clean. The lagoon is great with floating platforms in the middle. I only have a few small things to comment on: (1) If you went to look for a sunbed after 8am, the. You were going to have trouble if you’re a family of 4. It might have just been a busy time. However, if you ask one of the employees, they will help and bring empty ones over. (2) We were assigned a concierge who helped with booking the a la carte restaurants, which he did. However, I contacted him about booking excursions, and he was slow to respond so I booked externally. In all honesty, booking using Viatour or Get Your Guide is easy and you can see feedback of different tours, so maybe that’s better anyway. Overall, we had a great time and will recommend to friends & family!!"
