The gardens were beautifully kept and has 3 enormous pools one just for adults . We had no trouble getting a bed by the pools or on the beach . The main restaurant had a good selection but found the food a bit repetative and bland and it is a long way from the food to the outdoor seating terrace . Waiters repeatedly came to the table and asked what we would like to drink but the drinks rarely arrived , there is no self service which would have been much better . The al la cartes were better , but get booked up very quickly. We tried the Lebanese with belly dancing show which was fun . The whole place looks very impressive and we really enjoyed our stay a few minor improvements and it would be perfect x"

- "Way more than I expected for the price. Had a beautiful view of the Red Sea and the room was cozy. Recommend booking as all inclusive. We were up early each morning, we’d put our own towels out (before he’d even started work), and by the time we came back from breakfast, he’d worked his magic for an extra comfortable relaxing time in the sun. Milad on the bar was another fantastic worker. We tipped him a couple of dollars in the first couple of days, and he brought drinks over throughout the day. He would even bring me my Coke Zero if I went and sat on our terrace! Directly outside of the hotel gates there’s a metro supermarket where you can buy anything and everything at a fraction of the price of the hotel shops. Directly across the road was La Strada, with a whole host of shops and restaurants if you fancy a change of food. The hotel is adult only and has an intimate boutique feel but with the benefit of being able to use all the facilities at the much larger family Savoy hotel which is in the same resort. There is also the huge benefit of going out to SOHO square which has a lot of shops, bars and restaurants which is right outside the hotel. There is no bother when shopping which can be the case in Nama bay for example, its relaxed and chilled out clean and very friendly. Too many people to praise at the hotel but hats off to all the pool, lobby and beach staff who were all fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Looking forward to visiting again next year. Guys on reception were very welcoming when we checked in & our swim up room is huge, love it so much space although water is freezing. Bed is massive & really comfy & grounds are immaculate. Ramadan our room man keeps everything spotless. Food is excellent at all the restaurants & waiters very friendly & attentive. Essam does the best eggs & bacon for breakfast. Loved drinking at the bars & the guys have been great & had really good laugh. Special mention for Shady, Michael & Mohamed Aymeh. Would highly recommend hotel & plan to return."
