- "What an excellent experience my wife and I had. We took an extended weekend to Sharm El Sheik and loved the area and all the excursions we took. Regarding the hotel … we could not fault it. The room was excellent overlooking the pool, the staff (from the cleaning team in the room to the guys behind the bar) were so attentive!! We could want for nothing more. The food was good, endless cocktails and drinks if/as required. In fact, we have been married 26yrs and lucky enough to have been on over 40 breaks abroad. We never go to the same place or hotel twice as why would you .. life is about different experiences. HOWEVER .. this is the first place that we agreed to come back again and replicate the experience. My wife and I had a fantastic evening and when I went to pay for the meal they said it was on the house. The next day the hotel knew we were checking out but still sent an amazing birthday cake which we shared with the pool staff and entertainment team. Our check-in was made immediatly when we arrived at about 10 00 AM and about 11 AM every family were accomidated !! so I appreciat all the gentlmen : Mr. Mhammad ..Mr.Ali..Mr Amjad ..Mr Hossain..Mr. Hossam and all the the others at the front desk,, I would like to mention all the staff at the Lobby Bar for their kindness and well serves espacially the waiter Mahmoud ..so were the life guards at the upper pool and every body at the restuarents and the Barbeque man for every thing they did !! A negative thing was a poor serves around the pool area !! every thing you need tou have to jump out and to walk a distance to get it !! ( towels ...water ...ect !!)..."

- "The grounds were beautiful and exceptionally well kept. There are some areas that are in disrepair and actually dangerous (loose stair rails). The staff was great and the food at Fusion and Mumbai restaurants were fantastic. The food at the daily buffet was good also. Just don't leave your plate on the terrace unguarded as the birds will steal it before you get back. We could always tell who the new arrivees were because they usually made this mistake and yes we made this mistake the first morning. I gave the hotel 4s across the board because there were just a few little things wrong that kept me from rating it a 5. The value for what you pay is exceptional and I would recommend anyone stay there but don't expect a 5 star resort but it is definitely a solid 4 star."

- "Very good " - "We loved everything about this resort and can’t wait to stay here again! " - "We stayed for 10 nights in a different hotel and then came to this one for 2 further nights. The accommodation was extremely basic and certainly nowhere near 5 star. We had booked a deluxe double room and this didn't look anything like the photo's that the hotel provides. The room had no towels, no bathrobes, the walls were just plain white. The lighting was so poor in the room (no lamps or bedside lighting) that we had to use the torch on our phone just to see the buttons on the remote control. Really disappointed with the room so we went to reception to ask for a better room. They advised us to come back the following morning to see what might be available. Upon doing so they moved us to a different deluxe room and this time it did resemble the photo's. Still only a 3/4 star room though. The food was good in the hotel and the alcohol was adequate - It way too expensive to buy branded wine at anywhere between £25 a bottle (worse than the local wine) and £150 for a bottle of Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc. Although this seems to be a common thing in Egypt and not just this hotel. Nice pools (Although no swim up bars to be seen) and nice beach area. We didn't bother visiting the Aqua Park as it was tiny and with no pool there (or alcohol being served) it would have been a case of riding a few slides and then walking all the way back to the main hotel. We visited the spa for a massage also and it was the most painful aromatherapy massage ever! Would not return."

One enters an open spaced living area with a kitchen, dining table, sitting area, flatscreen TV and a large balcony with a breathtaking sea views.
The Master bedroom has a kingsize bed, en suite bathroom, flatscreen TV, and another balcony with red sea views.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, en suite bathroom, flatscreen TV, and overlooks the residences swimming pool area.
