We were so relaxed and looking forward to our holiday. When we arrived at the airport our transfer was waiting for us, he was helpful, charming and very efficient. The chalet was lovely, it really felt like a home and we felt privileged to be staying there. Throughout the majority of the holiday we were well looked after by the staff, with the exception of a small complication regarding the drinks service which was resolved relatively quickly. We were made to feel very welcome there. If we had any sort of query whilst we were there, not that we had many, but when we did the owner was always on hand to help us which was very reassuring. The food in the restaurants was varied and suited to all dietary requirements. Although we didn't try the Indian restaurant on site, we did try the Chinese and Italian, the food in both was fantastic. We'd definitely recommend trying them. The bar staff were brilliant, efficient and happy all the time, remembering their customers and chatting to them. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and were incredibly happy with all the facilities available to us. We will definitely look to go back in the near future."
