the apartment that is rented is on the ground floor and consists of 2 double bedrooms with a complete bathroom inside each room, a small living room with an open kitchen. Outside ski room with boot warmer. the apartment above is the one used by the owners on vacation. laundry with 2 washers and dryers, in the laundry room there are iron and ironing board. Covered garage. the house is just a few minutes from the ski lifts of the piz sorega near the center with every type of shop, pharmacy, supermarket. The house is in a very quiet area. There is the possibility of adding a cot for children up to 4 years, each room is equipped with numerous wardrobes and drawers, the kitchen is equipped with crockery and linen, bed linen and towels are provided.
