The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the air conditioning was much needed and worked well and quietly in the background. The only issue we had was our keycard to our door stopped working, but that was fixed straightaway. This leads me to the best part about this hotel, the staff, always willing to help and very courteous. Special thanks to Dimitri, who makes an excellent cocktail and Anastacia, who looked after us at the pool bar! Would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area. "

- "Stayed here August 24. Had the surprise of 49 euro resort tax for being a 4 star hotel. I wouldn’t say it was 4 star, more like 3 at a push. The hotel is located on the edge of town. I stayed here bed and breakfast but I wouldn’t do that again as you have to wear wrist band anyway and it’s not nice being around the pool watching everyone get inclusive drinks and general prices of 16 euro per 2 drinks is expensive. Staff quite rude and not helpful, I.e had to complete all check in paperwork by self. Pool table not level and has queues with no tips. Pool is shaded in morning and late afternoon. Good luck getting beds as it’s allowed to put towels out very early here. At breakfast had to wait for tables to become free and also very crowded. Had to wait for cups and plates to be cleaned as well as fresh food being brought out."
