The staff were lovely, knowledgeable, helpful, respectful and responsive. If you’re driving, I recommend using their secure car park (just talk to the reception staff). There are nice cafes and a Tesco nearby. The city center is lovely, and the hotel is right in the heart of it. It’s a great location to explore the city. "
