The staff are all super friendly and when I couldn’t find a local map in English, they actually printed one out for me - so thoughtful!. All the staff spoke English (which is good as my Mandarin is incredibly limited). The hotel is very clean and they take hygiene very seriously. My room was huge and could easily accommodate two people. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Tainan."

They were just a bit too strict on the 3pm check in time though. We had to wait in the lobby until exactly 3pm before we got our room keys. Well worth the wait in the end though. The free bicycles are a bonus and should be used. Even though everything is walking distance, so nice to bicycle around for the breeze. Safe as cars, scooters and even buses go around you. I felt safer on the road riding here than in my home town of Vancouver. Would definately stay here again. "

- "The hotel itself was impeccable. The room was beautifully done and very clean and organized. The public space was also beautifully done and very pleasing. Free snacks and drinks are offered throughout the day. The only downside was our experience dining during the evening. There was very limited seating and the food arrived very, very slowly. After 1.5 hours and was told it'd be another 15-20mins before our desserts were ready, we cancelled the desserts and left. Breakfast was plentiful, diverse, and delicious. We would stay there again if in the area but would find elsewhere for dinner."
