- "Paid extra for a bigger room with windows. Instead, got a small, windowless room that looked nothing like any of the multitude of pictures provided. Called to request an explanation why and was told that it was the biggest room they had at the time. Then why did I have to pay extra to reserve such a room if it wasn't going to be available by the time I showed up? Bed frame was cracked, giving the mattress little support, and the frame creaked everytime you turn in bed. TV reception was buggy and remote was unresponsive at times. Planned to soak in the large bath and filled it up 10 minutes prior. When it came time for a soak, half the water had leaked away. "

- "I original booked for 2 nights ,but my plan changed in last minus.So I asked if I could leave a small luggage behind , so that I can travel bit lighter, and promised pick up 2 days later, they refused and asked me to pay a huge amount of money to help me which is $1000 twd a day for storage , and not even wanted to try a solution for me. Next day, when I checked out I asked again if could do so, the staffs said OK , I returned to my room right away to rearrange my luggage's, BUT when I went back to my handed it over, they said NO again because the manager not allowed!! What? I was very upset about it. It wasted my time dued to unprofessional decision they made. Will NOT come back again! "
