- "Free upgrade of bedroom. Value for money, will go back again" - "The lift broke down when we were there. We could use the lift when we check-in, around 2pm-3pm. However, in the night, we were not able to use the lift to our room. They assisted us to another lift, which is located at the shopping mall. As we stayed on the 12th floor, and the lift only serves us to the 8th floor, we had to climb 4 stories high. The rest was fine, breakfast is just alright. "
