- "This hotel is extremely special. We stayed in the private spa suite and had our own sauna. The room was stunning, with an amazing view. It was actually better than I expected. Breakfast and dinner was included with the price and both were tasty. Pick a meat option as the vegetable option could have been better. It was my partners birthday and the hotel made it special. The spa facilities are pretty amazing too with everything overlooking the mountains. If I had one suggestion it would be that the sign in the quiet area of the spa was adhered to. The facility has an area where it states that under 14’s shouldn’t enter, families didn’t adhere to this and so there were children around. Only something small for a wonderful stay. "

The free breakfast was all I needed though some may consider the buffet a little limited. We checked in and got took to our room which was in the annex, they lady showed us our room and left. The room was bigger than normal but I couldn’t help but notice that all the windows looked out on to properties and flats, the local takeaway and lots of residential garages. I messaged the hotel to explain my disappointment. After a while, we had already unpacked, they rang the room and told us they had already upgraded our room but that we could move to the main building. I declined as we had already unpacked and wanted to relax. I was surprised this room was classed as an upgrade as the bathroom was not a his and hers, the view was awful and noisy. I could hear traffic and the public foot path below the window was being used constantly. We had to stay with the curtains closed for most of our stay. On check out the money was taken swiftly. We have enjoyed our previous years here but wouldn’t return again which is a shame as this has always been a place we looked forward to staying at."

Bed was fairly comfortable And the drive down from the hotel into the city was amazing also plus plenty of parking. The towel warmer got the towels. Extremely warm, almost too much and also heated up the room. I just left the bathroom door closed and it kept it nice and toasty in there. I couldn't quite find a way how to lower down but I'm pretty sure if I contacted them and they reached out to me through WhatsApp a couple times during the stay to check in and make sure everything was okay. I would highly recommend it and would go back. Hopefully I wouldn't need to and I can get a place there but if not or in the time being I would look at coming back. I see that they're doing renovation. I'm excited to see what more they have to offer"
