- "Very quite and beautiful view into the valley" - "All perfect for stay with family " - "We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights with 2 kids and enjoyed a lot our stay! Room- The superior suite was very spacious and clean and perfect for a family stay Food- we booked half pension and enjoyed the food a lot. It was fresh and high quality. each one can find something they like. In the morning there is also additional a la carte for some dishes. Kids playroom - was a good addition where kids could play and interact with other kids. During summer holidays kids enjoyed the evening activities with a variety of themes. The swimming pool - was nice and clean, kids loved it, also we, especially the big jacuzzi area. The slide was a great addition! They had some floating accessories for kids if you forgot to bring them, which you can borrow. Parking- for 7 nights there we paid an additional almost 100€ which was a bit annoying since you don't have other options for parking. This was quite an expensive addition just for parking. Wish it was included in the room cost. Service- was great from the restaurant to reception and room service. Everyone was kind and nice. One disadvantage to note- the road to the hotel was not appropriate for this kind of hotel level, I would expect some investment here (see photo) Overall, we would recommend it!"

- "Fab new hotel. Beautiful location. Few hundred metres from ski lifts. Stayed in summer so walking is great in beautiful scenery. Restaurant food is one of the best. Great menu with excellent quality. Amazing breakfast with options for all tastes. Not seen any solar panels to improve the green credentials. Had a junior suite with 2 balconies. One day we left the room before 11 we returned after 3pm and the room was still not cleaned. So the next day we informed the front desk when we were leaving, but the hotel seems to be understaffed. Underground parking so small/cramped that it was impossible to park in some spots. Although we spent EUR 300 on the spa and the spa we liked, we will definitely not return there. "

- "The room was wonderful, clean and comfortable. The facilities in general up to high standards. The breakfast too was ok. Nothing exceptional, but ok, very limited choices for gluten-intolerant customers. Initial check-in etc communication was fine. I have booked this stay for myself and my husband for our wedding anniversary and included a massage for each of us. On the day of the massage, I went to the reception to ask where the massage was held. The lady didn’t mention the location but instead said that unfortunately it has been cancelled due to staff indisposition and suggest we changed it to that same day, evening, but we already had plans, so we have changed it to the next day 11am which was also our check-out time. At 11am I went downstairs and the lady at the reception told me that the massage is actually held in the other hotel. I went out and could not find the other hotel and google told me it was 15min walk. I returned back to the reception and told the reception that it’s already 11:15 and I’m not in the mood for the massage anymore and I’d like to get the refund. She initially objected, however I reminded her that it was cancelled by them the previous day and that I was not informed where the massage was held beforehand. The receptionist went away to have a ‘chat’ with the manager and said they’ll do a bank transfer to refund the 320pln, it seems that they had lied to me, just to shut me up as until now I still haven’t received the refund until today.
