- "We came for a week of rest and found it here. Service was courteous and we especially enjoyed getting to know some of the waitstaff whom were more interactive with us and our dog. Very pet friendly hotel! The views were spectacular as we were able to enjoy a beautiful winter snowscape and as the weather warmed, we saw peeks of green and the beautiful color of the lake. We especially enjoyed daily swims in the indoor/outdoor heated pool. Wednesday was our favorite evening in the restaurant as it was Austrian themed with traditional music and fare. Food was good for half board: 8/10 Hotel was a little too warm for us Americans but we understand that’s how Europeans like it. Luckily, we could open windows for some fresh air in the room. We feel refreshed and ready to return to work! Thanks for a lovely vacation! - "The 4star rating must be a mistake even though we a lot per night to stay at the hotel. 1.We had a neighbour who watched tv at 11pm so loud that we could every word like it was in our room. Went to the reception but there was nobody on duty. Wentbto knock on the neighbour's door without any success.. not a nice experience when you waht to sleep. 2. The bathroom in the standard double room was extremely small and the shower would have been a perfect fit for a motel next to a highway. For a "4 star" hotel was it VERY DISSAPOINTING. 3. Upon check in did we jot receive any info of where the wellness area in the hotel is or anything about the area. 4. Dinners were over priced. My and myself went to another 4 star hirel and paid for the 2 of us what our hotel charge pp. 6. The curtains in the room was in a shocking state, the one were half connected to the rail and the other half were just hanging loose. Quite a problem when the ski pist is floor level and only 50m away from the window. 7. The staff at breakfast were friendly and helpfull. Extremely disappointed in the hotel and am very unhappy about the value for money ratio. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THE HOTEL TO ANYBODY EVER! "
