Extra parkings are in the back of the hotel. The front door is closed by 9 p.m so guests need to use the side gate to enter inside the hallway to access to the room. The owners post a sign with some telephone numbers at the front door when it’s closed so guests can call as needed. The lady owner is very kind and sweet with her hospitality to us! Overall, we were happy! "

We asked for housekeeping, to change bedding or a possibly a room change. We were initially told and shown that only they only had the similar room set up available - the loft style. Eventually, we were moved to a different building - a white room which has a similar set up but was a lot cleaner and was possible to convert to a 4-single bed. The white room was less spacious than the loft style, but it was a lot cleaner. Facility: Swimming pool, gym, onsen available onsite for guests to use. Parking/location: Plenty of parking and great location."

- "Cheap stay and condition corresponds to it's price. So nothing to complain. Just don't expect much." - "so, a big part of this is my own fault, but they do advertise a 24 hour convenience desk, which is not true. I came in at one in the morning because the bus dropped me off, I had to walk 20 minutes to get to the hotel from the station, and when I got there, nobody was at the helpdesk. There were two little boys sleeping behind the helpdesk, but they didn’t stir to a flashlight in their faces. I had to check myself in, grab my own key, make my own bed, and clean up a little bit. There was no soap in the bathroom, it was difficult to get the AC running, and there wasn’t even a light in the bathroom. Overall, I feel like I got scammed out of my money. "
