- "Beyond my expectations " - "Wonderful customer service and the aircon was a welcome relief in the heat. The property was in OK condition and the cleaners were so considerate and helpful. Breakfast was OK with fresh tropical fruits, eggs, toast, juice and coffee. Having the restaurant onsite was great when we just wanted to stay in. TV reception was terrible so we watched movies on our computer which wasnt a problem as the internet was fast (unlike in the villages where reception isnt great). My highlight was the lovely gentleman who works security at night when reception goes home. He was so relaxed, friendly and helpful and was available to see that I got safely to my room when returning late at night from a family funeral. Malo aupito. "

Other then that it was amazing!" - "We had an enjoyable stay at Jezami and found it really handy to both town and port - an easy 10-minute stroll. Although it's on a main road, traffic dies down nicely at night, though I wish I could say the same for neighbouring dogs and roosters! (Comfortable earplugs take care of that nicely). The rooms are spacious and clean, with friendly and attentive staff, comfy bed, good aircon, nice balcony and a TV with a few channels, though ours lost signal halfway through our stay. Breakfast was good, with a decent range of options. Jezami is a good way to see more of Tonga instead of being trapped on an expensive island resort - take a day trip to one or two of those instead!"

The beds are not made and my single bed doesnt even has a blanket. It is just the bedsheet and pretend to be blanket. Lucky we got the fan room and not aircon room 3) fan room. Pls buy a bigger fan. The fan is small and so mild that it is useless on hot day. Good we are next to ocean and with breeze, it is bearable 4) restaurant staff are extremely friendly that made up the condition of room. - "There is absolutely no staff in this property. There is only a Chinese couple who looks after this so called hotel. They don't even speak proper English and it is very difficult to converse with them. There was no room service, no daily room make up and no room management at all. The breakfast was made by that Chinese guy who only gave me limited food in a single plate. Absolutely pathetic place to stay. I will not recommend this to anyone."
