Once the hotel found out, the staff began actively threatening and harassing my younger siblings. They were confronted multiple times by aggressive staff questioning why we had sent complaints. The situation escalated to the point where we felt unsafe. We had explicitly declined housekeeping services because we didn’t want anyone in the rooms – but the staff entered anyway, several times, without permission. They told us to “pack up and leave,” and forced my younger siblings to pack their bags themselves. When we returned, they were standing in the lobby with our bags – the hotel was about to kick us out, even though even though everything had already been paid for.
