The front desk staff tried to help but moving rooms twice in one week was not ideal The other real issue is that both the outside pool and roof seating area were closed for the duration of our stay - If a significant facility like a pool/roof terrace is closed please amend your entry online so customers are aware. More attention to detail and effort to identify faults and get them fixed!"
