The rooms were clean but small, and there was not enough space to open two suitcases at the same time. The only negative part was the showers that made the whole bathroom wet. It was right beside the metro station, with access to the red and blue lines. We got to Kadikoy in less than 15 minutes with it. You also can get to Sabiha airport by metro, but it took us an hour to get to Istanbul airport. You can walk 10 minutes to Migros grocery store, 5 minutes to a dry cleaner, or 15 minutes to the City shopping center. "

The staff at the reception are very nice and a significant number of them are young people. However, the employees working as bellboys have been the same for years and unfortunately they are older than they should be and they are not very respectful. We know that there is a taxi problem in Istanbul. It is obvious that these bellboy employees are working under contract with some taxis. When you tell customers to call a taxi, they insistently ask where you are going and act accordingly. The hotel management needs to fix this."
