My only complaint would be that the receptionist, Mr Ismail demanded 1000tl for my friend to visit my apartment. Despite telling him she will be staying for 10 minutes maximum he classed us like escorts (two females) and demanded we paid him 1000tl. We refused and told him we will complain officially, he then gave up. His colleague was very helpful and we could see they were all uncomfortable with his demand. I will definitely be staying at their apartment again, just not in this location but in their other hotel in Sisli. "
