- "Stayed 2 nights. First night, I had the key card to access the room. Somehow, someone was given the key to unlock the door and they did. Somebody at the reception desk made a mistake and gave him the wrong key. The room has a coffee maker in the room, but no cup, a sink in the sleeping area, but no water.
