Through the pedestrian and cycle tunnel under the S-bahn line, which then is a 20 minute walk The hotel is clean, staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious, but the view is of other buildings, though there is a small wood nearby. The S-bahn station also is nearby, with three trains per hour: at 10, 30, 50 minutes past the hour and only 23 minutes to Marienplatz. I’ll happily stay at this hotel again."

The restaurant has good food, and it was worth the extra cost to get breakfast. The hotel is about 1km from the business I was visiting, the train is closer than that. I took off a point for ecology because they gave me clean towels every day which I did not need. My room had a balcony but there was no way to get to it.
