There really is just one thing that's a bit of a let-down. The room looks nice, but the floor is made up of tiles and the furniture is heavy. People drag the furniture, which makes a lot of noise. My wife's roller broke and shorted out which caused a circuit breaker to trip and the room go dark...the staff responded within five minutes and had everything back up and running and were very understanding and helpful. Overall, this Hotel and the Staff made our stay in Valencia a wonderful experience...cannot wait to return to the Marques House Hotel!!"
