Inside looks fine! There is a very small lobby. We got a room for 3 adults on the 4th floor. The lift is small, enough to fit 3 with small luggages. We had a spacious room with a large bed and a single bed. Interior is clean. Bathroom is quite small. The bathtub doesn't come with a bath mat, so it can be slippery. The shower head is small and water pressure is low - not the best shower I've had, and water leaks to the floor outside the tub. TV is stuck to the wall and cannot be adjusted - we weren't able to access the HDMI port to plug in our Google chromecast, but luckily they have a channel with original audio, in English. The receptionist are friendly and helpful. They helped get my mom into the small lift (for the disabled) down the staircase. However I didn't see one on the back side going to the parking. Was only a few steps down she could manage. Access to the mall was also good! Love that it's in a quiet and clean part of Paris. Definitely will be back in the future. "

That was the primary reason for selecting this hotel. Hotel is reachable from airport by public transportation (RER B and Metro 10). Hotel is also close to Bus Terminus, Tram Station. Direct bust to Eiffle Tower, Museums. Palace of Versailles is reachable with combination of Tram-2 and RER-C.Little away from main road, thus calm and quite place. Staff is cooperative. Carpet in room is old and looks little dusty. I enjoyed my stay at hotel.."

We also paid for breakfast but they tried to get us to pay for this again. Do not bother paying for breakfast because the price at booking is different to what they actually charge. You probably will not get any breakfast anyway because there are no staff members. During our stay we did not come across any staff members. No one was at the front desk at any time. The hotel felt very unsafe. We wanted to leave straight away but we did not have anywhere else to go. We booked the hotel for 11 nights but ended up leaving after 5 nights. The nights that we did stay we did not feel comfortable. There was no WiFi, the phone did not work either. The walls are so thin that you can hear the person in the next room using the bathroom. The room was only cleaned twice during our stay. The cleaner said that she would come back on one occasion but never did They also say that they can speak English and French but we did not come across anyone who could speak English. The amenities that were supposed to come with the room were not provided. There was no Coffee/tea maker, electric kettle, 24-hour room service, and free bottled water. These items were all in the itinerary but nothing was provided. The hotel has a restaurant underneath so it is loud and you will not get a good nights sleep here. I also had to use my own clothes as a duvet as the state of the bedding was awful. There were stains everywhere. "
