I arrived at about 00.30 in the morning and was greeted with such warmth that I was taken aback and this was evident throughout my stay . The bell boys , concierge service and front desk were excellent , Jackie one of the bell boys was so helpful with everything I asked him he even came to the station with me when I left although his shift was over . The restaurant and bars were great , food was excellent and staff again warm and friendly and very attentive . The general manager Albert was a very nice man , had a few drinks with him and he personally came to wish me a safe trip home , nice touch .
