Welcome to one of the most peaceful and safe neighborhoods in Los Angeles County! Our Gorgeous fully remodeled 2 story home is in the beautiful neighborhood of Old Agoura. Old Agoura is a small niche rural horse community, with hiking trails and is lovely to just take a walk around the block. This is not a track home community.
We designed our home for relaxation in this peaceful setting of mature oak trees and rolling hills. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2000 square foot, brand new remodeled home. Every detail designed for relaxation and peace. Over 1000 square feet of decking, Sundance jacuzzi spa. Several Hammocks around the property to relax in (one of my favorite things to do to unwind). 2 California King Beds, 1 queen bed, twin pullout sofa. Sleeps 7 plus.

The Master Bedroom is a large room with gas fire place, walk in closet and spa style shower with three shower heads and a bench seat, double sink and vanity counter.
There is a second large bedroom as big as the master bedroom with a California King bed, making it like a second master bedroom. The blue couch in the photos is a pullout bed. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the 3rd smaller bedroom.
The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed in it. Plus Washer/ Dryer in a separate room.

This is a 2 story home, the living area is upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs.

Our amazing neighborhood is one of the only areas in Los Angeles that is a horse community, it has a quaint old ranch California feeling while being extremely close to everything Los Angeles has to offer. Namely we are 15-20 minutes to Zuma Beach, Malibu Pier and many other Malibu Beaches. We are walking distance to Chesebro Canyon trails, and hiking area. Also Malibu Creek state park is 10 minutes away, with great walking/hiking areas. Santa Monica Pier is 35-40 minutes drive drive down the beautiful Pacific Coast Highway. The local supermarkets are 5 minutes away as well as Trader Joes! lots of local shopping in the area, for every shopper, including the Camarillo Outlets 25 minutes away!

One of the only communities in Los Angeles that you can see stars at night!

The kitchen was really well equipped and the bathrooms were all modern with great water pressure. The outside deck was a huge bonus. It was a great space to sit out and enjoy the sun. This incredible home may offer more than you need if you are simply looking for a place to sleep - but if you are looking for the perfect spot for a mini-vacation, then look no further! Maybe you are just looking for that special place to relax and enjoy your vacation or perhaps to unwind after some important business meeting. Whilst the home is certainly well-equipped to accommodate a small wedding, or a family reunion, or an upscale business dinner, etc such events must be arranged with me in advance. During this pandemic, however, I am afraid there can be no parties or gatherings and maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded (VRBO has strict policy on these issues with serious penalties).
Nestled in the mountains among amazing hiking trails yet only 10 miles from the beach and just 5 miles from the 101 freeway this is a great base for almost any Los Angeles or SoCal vacation. At almost 5,000 sq ft the place is huge - white, bright and open-plan with soaring ceilings and an amazing sense of volume. Every window offers breath-taking views of the mountains or the lake below. Misty sunrises, phenomenal sunsets and immense night skies will entertain you almost every day. As you arrive, a set of automatic double gates open to an imposing gravel driveway that leads to an enormous solid mahogany front door. The double height entry hall boasts a wall of glass that opens to the crown jewel of the property; a 50' triangular black-bottomed infinity pool that appears to be suspended above the completely secluded canyon and reflects the mountain beyond. The custom concrete floor continues throughout the main level tying together the spaces into an entertainers dream. The entry hall is open to all the other main areas on this level. The great room is a very large 40'x15' space with 18' ceilings anchored by a two-sided stone-clad fireplace. A modern kitchen with high-end stainless appliances connects the great room to the formal dining room, which features a log burning fireplace and a mammoth custom 16' dining table that comfortably seats 14. And still plenty of room to set up an 'overflow' table for the kids. The other main area on this level is the 'bar', or entertainment room, in which you will find a pool table, dartboard, and a full bathroom with shower. This can be very useful as the bar-room also has a wall of glass that opens to the pool for a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. Perfect for evening drinks by the pool! The whole house is wired so you can stream your music to play from ceiling speakers in every area for seamless entertainment. A set of stairs lead to a mezzanine and two master suites. The 'first' bedroom is a very generous 25'x16' with a king bed and a master bathroom with spacious shower/steam room and large soaking tub. This bedroom has french doors leading to a patio and beyond that a playground area for the kids. The second bedroom is of similar size and has a king bed plus two twin beds, and, of course, it's own full bathroom. It also has it's own patio area. Both bedrooms have a fireplace and TV offering Netflix, Disney, Hulu, ESPN+ and Amazon Prime.

This place is idea for one to two people for short or mid terms of stay; It can sleep up to four people with one queen size and two bunk beds in two rooms, however, it will be cozy...so a few nights stay is fine with up to 4 people.
