1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit, on the premises or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.

2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am.

3. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Please leave only 1 bag of trash in the can maximum at the property.

4. The cleaning that you pay for is to pay for how you find the home. Please leave it as you found it when you first arrived (more or less). If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently after you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee, price depends how long it takes to clean up after you (we hire 3rd party cleaners to come clean). We don’t expect you to scrub the home but simply pick up your trash and leave it decent enough that your mom would be proud! (=

11. There are security cameras outside of the unit at the entrance. Blocking or disconnecting these devices will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund.

Our large 2-bedroom/1 bathroom apartment unit is perfect for getaway to Chicago. Stretch out on a plush sectional sofa in the living room of this airy modern apartment. We're located 20 minutes by car from Wrigley Field! Designated parking spot is NOT available, but there is plenty of street parking available.

Illuminated by sunny natural light, our 2 bedroom features Queen-size bed, premium linens, and plenty of closet space so you can unpack and forget about your suitcase for a while. Enjoy the privacy of your own room, with doors that close and independently controlled air-conditioning units.

The apartment includes one full bathroom, with a shower, sink, and toilet. We’re all about helping you look (and smell) your best, so we provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in addition to hand soap and fluffy towels. Trust us when we say there’s no better way to warm up after a Windy City walk than a hot shower!

There’s ample space for guests to relax on the sofa and watch on a large flat-screen TV. Like the rest of the unit, you’ll live it up in luxury among hardwood floors and contemporary decor. The entire place has free, fast WiFi and Chicago sunshine streaming in through the windows.

Located right off main bustling streets in Logan Square, i.e. the famous Milwaukee Ave, you definitely won’t need a car as the property is conveniently located approximately 3 blocks from the blue line!

Street - zoned parking is typically readily available on the block as well. (1) garage spot available at $25 add’l.

The space itself includes a queen bed in each bedroom (2). Living room has (2) twin XL daybeds with plush memory foam mattresses, and additional let-down chaise seating (as an additional comfy bonus, single-sized bed). A 50 inch flat screen is in the living room with cable included! HBO/Netflix access as bonus.

All pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire beforehand! Excessive shedding found will incur an extra $25 pet cleaning fee. About the area:

Logan Square is amazing. It’s super hip, chic, and artsy. You will love it! The house is minutes or walking distance from various bars/taps, restaurants, grocery stores, the famous Logan Theater, Concord Music, parks— anything imaginable.

The house is less than a three block walk to the blue line “el” (Logan Square stop), and less than a half a block from the CTA-Kimball stop. I-90/94 access is approximately 5 blocks away as well. I can provide more information for public transportation upon request.

Note: I will be staying above you with my dog, Bella, and neither of us bite! Feel free to ask me any questions or recommendations about the neighborhood if you catch me around the house. I like to explore the city as well, so you’re free to join me if you’re completely at a loss to figure out something!

The closest park, is Peterson Park to the west off Bryn Mawr (entrance on Central Park, walk north) Very scenic and great place to take nature pics, once you walk in. The home supplied a whole cabinet of spices, olive oil, coconut oil, coffee, tea bags, bags of ice, parchment paper, filtered water from the fridge. In the kitchen, we used the air fryer, toaster, microwave, oven, stove top, coffeemaker, french press. We were happy to find out that the home was dog-friendly. Actually, the neighborhood was great for our dog as well. There is a college across the street where my husband took our dog on a walk daily. I preferred going down Drake Street for his walks. I felt very safe as the neighborhood side streets were lined with beautiful residential homes. Water pressure in both bathrooms was great. The master bath had dual sinks and dual shower heads. Super nice. The location was good for us with one of my sisters in Andersonville and one in Glenview. The first night we got takeout from Big Hill (delicious food) which was two blocks away. There was also a Japanese restaurant and a Vietnamese restaurant on the same block which we did not try, but liked the option. Thank you, Kim, for paying attention to all the details with this home. Realistically you’ll be about 40 minutes from the heart of the city but the neighborhood is nice & quiet along with everybody being friendly. The neighborhood has plenty of places to walk dogs which was important for us. The pictures of the listing are accurate as to what to expect. The hostess left us snacks & treats/bowls for our puppers which was a nice surpise; they also have an in-unit book where previous visitors give recommendations based on things they did which we enjoyed as well. Overall a great stay. You can hear footsteps & stuff upstairs fairly frequently but it isn’t enough to make the unit un-enjoyable."

Guests have full, private access to the entire 2nd floor level of this condo, so you can settle in and feel right at home. Each bedroom comes with fresh bedding, towels, hangers and additional blankets. For your enjoyment & convenience, the bathrooms come equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, Q-tips and cotton swabs. You’ll also have access to the shared rear patio—a great spot to relax, grill, dine or unwind outdoors. This condo is located in a 2 condo building. Both condos are available through airbnb as shared bedrooms. Both units rent separately. Unit 1 offers 3shared bedrooms and Unit 2 offers 4shared bedrooms. Unit 1 is located on the 1st floor and is co-ed/gender neutral while Unit 2 (this unit) is located on the 2nd floor and is a strictly non-coed/women's only unit.

Parking Information:
There are three parking spaces available behind the building, accessible via the alley. These are first come, first served.

If those spots are taken, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. You’ll find Residential Zone Parking Permit stickers in the kitchen drawer. These allow you to park on the street legally during restricted hours.

Street parking is usually easy to find in this area since it’s permit-only. Just be sure to display the sticker on the lower right-hand corner of your windshield as required by the city.
