Enjoy a little slice of paradise in our guest house. Master bedroom has 1,000 thread count sheets. Both bedrooms have upgraded orthopedic mattresses. We’ve recently remodeled the bathroom. Well stocked kitchen, with coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, cutlery etc.. Coffee, sugar, creamer, & some spices provided. 6 beach towels provided along with 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and a boogie board. Enjoy the large 1/2 acre property and solar heated pool April through October. Two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, with large living room and kitchen. I wished I had a chance to use them but alas my schedule prevented me cooking as the space was essentially for me to work and rest, wake and return to my daily activity. If I had thought about it a bit better, I could have made egg salad for my daily routine. My only wish would've probably been for AC but there was a box fan on the window and a fairly powerful house fan to circulate the air. So, that worked out great. This property is located in rural Bonita, an unincorporated area in South Central San Diego. It is in the Sweetwater River Valley and bordered by 3 freeways, Rt 805 & Rt5, Rt 54 and Rt 125. Just minutes to almost anywhere in San Diego including downtown and the maquiladora plants at the border.
The whole river valley is designated parkland and will not be built upon.

We were given one set of towels for a 5 day stay and they never cane to change any sheets or supply clean towels.The neighborhood was old and the landscaping was unkept. We are an older couple and did not feel safe. We called to complain and ask to cancel but instead they told us that they get so many wonder praises. They refused any sort of refund and wouldn’t let us cancel. Im sure they will deny all this but we are not just being picky and I wouldn't ever take this much time to leave a review if the stay wasn’t as bad as I am describing. Do not stay here unless you have exhaustedk any and all options and even then a tent at a homeless camp would be better."

1. No Parties: Absolutely no parties are allowed in the house. This includes any gathering or event that involves more than the registered number of guests. This is not only for the safety of the house but also to respect our neighbors. If we receive any reports of parties, your stay will be terminated immediately, and a fine of $500 will be charged.

2. No Loud Music or Noises: Please keep noise levels to a minimum at all times, especially after 10 pm. Our neighbors enjoy peace and quiet, and we want to maintain good relationships with them. If we receive any reports of loud music or noise, your stay will be terminated immediately, and a fine of $200 will be charged.

3. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house or anywhere on the property. If we detect smoking in the house, a fine of $500 will be charged.

4. No Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow any pets in the house.

5. No Unauthorized Guests: Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the house. Any unauthorized guests will be charged an additional fee, and you will be asked to leave.

6. Please dispose of your trash: Leaving trash and food inside the house will attract insects and rodents.

7. No Rearranging Furniture: Please do not move any furniture from its original position. If you do, you will be charged a fine of $100.

8. No Destruction of House Furniture/Items: Please treat the house and its contents with respect. If any damage is done to the house or its contents, you will be charged for repairs or replacements.

A private bathroom is located right next to the room for added comfort.

Guest access
Guests have access to shared spaces, including the living room, dining area, kitchen, patio, and laundry room. A driveway is available for guest parking in the evening and overnight, once the host’s day concludes. During the day, curbside parking is the alternative option.

During your stay
The host lives on the property and is readily available to answer questions or address any concerns during your stay. She shares the home with GQ, a friendly 24-lb Boston Terrier. GQ is not allowed in the guest bedroom or bathroom, so guests are asked to keep those doors closed when not in use. If you'd prefer to leave the bedroom door open for a more spacious feel, a room divider is provided to keep GQ out of your private area.

Other things to note
The host receives monthly deliveries of drinking water (three to four 5-gallon bottles) and is happy to share it with guests. Please use it in moderation to ensure the supply lasts.

For the safety of GQ, the resident Boston Terrier, please do not bring chocolate, grapes, or raisins into the home, as these foods are toxic to dogs and could be life-threatening if accidentally consumed.

Ramfos Place is a beautifully remodeled home located on a corner lot in Bay Terraces, San Diego. There are plenty of places to shop and go out for a bite to eat. It's close to downtown San Diego, Mexico border, and some great amusements parks 5-10 miles from the home.

• Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite.

• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day.

• If there’s gas grill and the propane tank happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. Due to strict CA law, gas can not be easily delivered.

• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking.

• How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with natural products. Because our family cleans our home, we don't charge any $0 cleaning fee. In return, we hope guests treat our home like their own.

The house is about 20 minutes drive to the airport, beaches, downtown, Zoo and SeaWorld. Very close to the freeway entrances and a shopping mall, as well as other stores and restaurant.

- In order to make the reservation you must pay in full, there are no other options.
