Enjoy a little slice of paradise in our guest house. Master bedroom has 1,000 thread count sheets. Both bedrooms have upgraded orthopedic mattresses. We’ve recently remodeled the bathroom. Well stocked kitchen, with coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, cutlery etc.. Coffee, sugar, creamer, & some spices provided. 6 beach towels provided along with 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and a boogie board. Enjoy the large 1/2 acre property and solar heated pool April through October. Two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, with large living room and kitchen. Barbecue available to use along with an outdoor table to enjoy your meals. Five minutes to grocery store, shops, restaurants and coffee shop. Five minute drive to get to the 805 Freeway. I wished I had a chance to use them but alas my schedule prevented me cooking as the space was essentially for me to work and rest, wake and return to my daily activity. If I had thought about it a bit better, I could have made egg salad for my daily routine. My only wish would've probably been for AC but there was a box fan on the window and a fairly powerful house fan to circulate the air. So, that worked out great. This property is located in rural Bonita, an unincorporated area in South Central San Diego. It is in the Sweetwater River Valley and bordered by 3 freeways, Rt 805 & Rt5, Rt 54 and Rt 125. Just minutes to almost anywhere in San Diego including downtown and the maquiladora plants at the border.
The whole river valley is designated parkland and will not be built upon.
