The apartment building was very quiet and we loved the rooftop area to wind down after a long day of universal studios and exploring the area. I loved that the apartment was fully furnished so we were able to feel at home. We have already decided when we come back to LA we will be booking again! My only upgrade recommendation for the owner is to replace the cooking pans and maybe get a silicone spatula. Also, I’m from a very flat area, so driving up the hill was a challenge at times as only one car can typically go up/down at a time. Parking was fine 9 out of the 10 nights I stayed here. It was tough one late evening. Just be careful. But, being on the hill was nice. I opened the windows each morning and had breakfast on the table looking out. It was beautiful to see the mountains in the background on a clear day! Perfect for a couple! 10/10 would recommend. "
